What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email, shipping address, and order details. Payment info is handled securely by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers. Basic technical info (IP, browser) may be logged by our hosting provider for security and performance.
Why we use it
To process and deliver your order, send confirmation emails, respond to enquiries, and meet legal obligations (e.g. accounting). We don't sell or share your data for marketing.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records: 7 years (Belgian law). Enquiries: up to 2 years after our last contact.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie (cookie_consent) to remember your choice in the cookie banner. No analytics or tracking cookies are active. You can change your choice anytime via "Cookie Settings" in the footer.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask to see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. Just send an email and we'll handle it within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
